Non-Refundable Prescribed Medicine:
We regret to inform you that prescribed medicines are non-refundable.
Refund for Doctor's Visit:
A refund of $99 will be issued if a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled doctor's visit.
Not Applicable Determination by Doctor:
In the event that the doctor deems you as "Not Applicable," the medication cost, excluding the $99 doctor visit fee, will be eligible for a refund.
